This Circuit Class is Stockland Funded and run by Personal Trainer Rachel every Monday from 08:00 am to 08:45 am. Classes are capped at 15 participants with a waitlist available. Access to register is 7 days prior to the class.
A fitness workout based on functional movement, strength development, as well as getting the heart rate up in a safe, controlled environment. Learning good technique and posture makes us more comfortable visiting the gym and lifting weights. To improve hand-eye coordination and bone density, get fit and have fun at the same time.
Please note that Stockland-funded classes will not be held if scheduled on public holidays.
